【English+Korean】Bilingual TikTok E-commerce Livestream Operator

Job Type: Employee/Contractor Working Hours: 5 days a week. Flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Location: On-site Job Responsibilities: Livestream Setup and Technical Support: Set up and operate livestream equipment and software, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and streaming platforms (e.g., OBS, TikTok Live Studio). Ensure all technical aspects of the livestream run smoothly, assist with troubleshooting technical issues Product and Backend Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory updates during livestreams. Ensure that all links, titles, and product details are accurate and up to date. Viewer Engagement and Issue Management: Coordinate with team members and hosts to ensure smooth execution of live events, engage with viewers during the livestream by responding to comments and questions. Address any unforeseen issues, such as negative comments or technical difficulties, in a calm and professional manner to maintain a positive experience. Post-Livestream Reporting: Monitor real-time data metrics and adjust the livestream strategy as needed. Work with the host to review performance, improve overall impact, and capture key metrics such as viewership numbers and engagement. Provide reports to the team for review and improvement. Job Requirements: Master English and Korean Social Media and Livestream Expertise Proven experience with social media platforms, specifically TikTok, with familiarity with livestream platform rules and operational processes. Proficient in tools such as OBS and TikTok Live Studio and aware of industry trends and emerging techniques. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics. Ability to quickly address issues and unexpected situations during livestreams while remaining calm and effective. Communication and Quick Thinking Excellent communication skills and quick thinking, with the ability to interact effectively with brands, hosts, and viewers. Comfortable working in a multi-lingual environment. Execution and Time Management Strong execution skills, proactive, able to work under pressure, and flexible with early or late shifts. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. E-commerce Experience (Preferred) Previous e-commerce sales experience preferred.
